What's the deal with annual billing and discounts?
Annual billing on Individual and above tiers includes a 15% discount (approximately two months free). You pay the full year upfront.
Is there a trial period?
The Free tier is a permanent free plan, not a trial. It lets you explore Catylst's discovery, matching, and profile features without a credit card. Paid tiers don't have separate trials; you can use the 30-day money-back commitment if it doesn't fit.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your plan remains active through the end of your current billing period. On the renewal date, you move to the lower tier. Your data is preserved; only tier-gated features become unavailable.
What payment processors do you use?
Stripe. We use Stripe Hosted Checkout and Customer Portal for all billing. We never see or store your credit card number directly. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
Do you support enterprise procurement processes?
Yes. Enterprise tier customers get dedicated account management, custom SLAs, custom integrations, and a procurement-friendly billing model. Contact enterprise@catylst.com for SOWs, MSAs, and vendor onboarding.
